Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups dry millet or rolled oats
  • 2 cups Vanilla almond milk
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Tahini
  • Honey
  • Sesame seeds to serve

Method

  1. Place the millet in a saucepan, cover with the Vanilla almond milk, add some salt, and let it
    simmer for 30-60 minutes. Add water as needed.
  2. Once the millet has cooked through, serve with sliced mango, tahini, and a drizzle of honey
    and sesame seeds on top.
