Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups quick or rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 scoop Creatine powder
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp beet power
  • 2-3 tbsp peanut butter
  • Stewed strawberries or strawberry jam
  • Berry powder to serve

Method

  1. Mix the oats and chia seeds with the milk, honey, protein powder, beet powder, creatine, and
    some salt. Add more milk if needed.
  2. Once the oats have soaked, add them to a jar with the runny peanut butter and cooled stewed
    strawberries.
