Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats 
  • 1 1/4 cups milk (more if needed) 
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 
  • 1-2 tbsp rose water 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter or pistachio butter 
  • 1/3 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg 
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest 
  • pinch of salt 
  • syrup to sweeten 

Toppings 

  • chopped pistachios or walnuts or pecans 
  • sliced orange 
  • more nut butter to serve 
  • syrup to sweeten to your liking 

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the overnight oats and place in the fridge overnight. 
  2. the next day serve with desired toppings and enjoy!1
