Recipe Gallery Share the Love Recipe 0 Prep Time 0 Cook Time Serves 2 4 – 6 People Difficulty  0 Beginner Ingredients 1/2 cup self-rising flour  1/2 cup whole wheat flour  1 cup rolled oats  1 scoop of you favourite protein powder  1 tsp baking powder pinch of salt  1/2 tsp ground cinnamon  1/4 tsp ground nutmeg  1 cup shredded carrots  1 very ripe banana 1 1/4 cup soy milk  1 tsp vanilla extract  1/4 cup chopped walnuts  1/4 cup diced raisins   serve with walnuts  fresh fruit  Method Add the flours to a bowl, then add the oats, baking powder, protein powder,  spices, and salt and mix well.  Then mash the banana, milk, carrots and vanilla.  Add the wet into the dry and mix well, fold in the walnuts and raisins.  Spray your waffle maker with non-stick spray and add 2-3 tbsp for each.  Fry until brown, repeat until the batter is done, now serve with fresh fruit, honey, and more walnuts.  Photo Gallery Hope you love these fluffy and protein-packed waffles! Baklava cinnamon buns

Recipe Gallery Share the Love Recipe 0 Prep Time 0 Cook Time Serves 4 4 – 6 People Difficulty 0 Beginner Ingredients  3 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour1/2 cup rye flour 1⁄4 cup coconut sugar 2 tbsp cocoa powder 1 package instant yeast (1 package = 2 1⁄4 tsp)  1 teaspoon salt 1 1⁄2 cups nondairy milk lukewarm 1⁄4 cup vegan butter, or margarine at room temperatureFor the Filling 1⁄2 cup vegan butter or coconut oil, room temperature 1/2 cup pistachio butter 3⁄4 cup coconut sugar 1 cup chopped pistachios Frosting Sugar syrup 2 cups brown sugar 1 cup water 2 tbsp rose water Method In a large bowl or a stand mixer, combine 3 cups flour, rye flour, sugar, cocoa powder, yeast, and salt. Turn the stand mixer to low and add in the non-dairy milk, vanilla, and food colouring. Add in the vegan butter and let go for 5-7 minutes, adding in the remaining flour if needed to not be sticky and form a ball. Mix by hand if you don’t have a stand mixer. Once the ball is formed, grease the same bowl mixed in and place the dough ball back into the bowl. Cover with a towel or plastic wrap and place in a warm place until double in size. Once the dough is doubled in size, pull out the dough and lay it out on a lightly floured surface. Using a rolling pin, roll dough into an approximately 30x 15 cm rectangle that is 1 cm thick. Cook the sugar syrup until the sugar has dissolved and becomes slightly thick, remove to cool. For the filling – smear a generous layer onto the cinnamon roll, and sprinkle over the sugar, pistachio butter, and chopped pistachio.  Carefully roll cinnamon rolls into the log from the longest side up. Once completely rolled, place seam side down. Add a drizzle of the sugar syrup at the bottom, and cut the cinnamon rolls into 12 even-sized pieces. Place into a large non-stick pan with a flat base, pan and cover to rise for 45-60 minutes or until cinnamon rolls have risen. Preheat to 180 degrees Celsius. Once heated, place the dish inside and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Once baked, remove from the oven and pour over the sugar syrup. Cream together the frosting and then add a generous scoop to the lukewarm cinnamon buns and some pistachios on top. Serve slightly warm and gooey. High protein granola yogurt bowls

Recipe Gallery Share the Love Recipe 0 Prep Time 0 Cook Time Serves 2 4 – 6 People Difficulty  0 Beginner Ingredients Cashew oat yogurt  1 cup rolled oats  1 cup cashews, soaked in water until plump  4 cups water  1 tsp vanilla extract  pinch of salt  Protein rusk granola  1 1/2 cups buttermilk bran granola crumbs from your previous bake  1 cup rolled oats  1 cup peanut butter  1/3 cup honey  1/4 cup hemp seed powder Toppings  Sliced fruit  honey or syrup   Method Add the oats and soaked cashews to a blender along with the water, vanilla extract, and salt.  Blend until super smooth, then pour through a cheesecloth, straining until you have a smooth liquid.  Pour into a saucepan and let it come to a boil on low, stirring until it starts to thicken. Once thickened, pour it into a glass container and let it chill until lukewarm, here you add 125g of your favorite vegan yogurt and stir well.  Now you have to let it sit in a warm spot, cover it with blankets for about 9-12 hours, or place it in your instant pot on Sous vide for 9 hours at 38 degrees Celsius. Chill until serving time.  Granola: Mix the ingredients and press into a parchment paper lined tin, let it bake for 10-15 minutes until brown, let it cool before breaking into pieces, and serve on top of the granola along with some fruit, syrup and a dash of cinnamon.  Photo Gallery Hope you love this super delicious vegan yogurt bowl! Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions. Once cooked, add in the sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, chickpeas, and herbs.2. Recipe Gallery Share the Love Recipe 0 Prep Time 0 Cook Time Serves 4 4 – 6 People Difficulty 0 Beginner Ingredients 1 medium red onion diced 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning Garlic salt 1 1/2 cup cooked brown lentils 1 1/2 cups soya mince or vegan mince replacement 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp sun-dried tomato pesto 1 can canned mini tomatoes 1 can tomato sauce (pasta sauce of choice) 2 tbsp vegetable stock powder (dilute with water if you like) 1 1/2 cups diced carrots 2 cups mushrooms of choice Some lasagna sheets (1 1/2 cup dry more if you like) Some stock or water to top Salt and pepper 2 cups kale or baby spinach Coconut milk to serve Basil to serve Vegan parmesan cheese to serve Method Fry the onion in some oil until translucent, add the Italian seasoning, and then add the lentils, soya mince meat and let it simmer before adding in the carrots, mushrooms and tomato paste, canned tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Add in your stock and let it simmer for a few minutes before you add in the sun-dried tomato paste and sugar. Break in the lasagne noodles and cover, let them cook until the noodles are soft. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add in the coconut cream and kale for 8 minutes or so before serving, and stir through. Serve the soup with some fresh basil and vegan cheese.6. Recipe Gallery Share the Love Recipe 0 Prep Time 0 Cook Time Serves 6 4 – 6 People Difficulty  0 Beginner Ingredients Kuvings chocolate cinnamon babka• 3 1⁄2 – 4 cups all-purpose flour• 1 package instant yeast• 1 teaspoon salt• 1 1⁄2 cups dairy-free milk• 1⁄4 cup golden syrup• For chocolate filling• 100g chocolate melted• 1 1/4 cup vegan cream cheese or regularGlaze• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar• 1-2 tbsp milk Method In a large bowl, whisk the flour, yeast, and salt. Then, add in the dairy-free milk and maple syrup. Using a spatula, fold until mostly combined. Sprinkle a little more flour if needed to not be sticky and form a ball. Once the ball is formed, grease the same bowl mixed in and place thedough ball back into the bowl. Cover with a towel or plastic wrap and let sit for 60-90 minutes ina warm, draft-free place until doubled.For the filling In a small bowl cream the melted chocolate and cream cheese together. Once risen, lightly flour a surface and roll the dough out until approximately 12×15 rectangle. Brush the margarine or coconut oil across the entire surface. Evenly smear the filling across the dough. Sprinkle on some cinnamon If adding, chocolate chips, evenly sprinkle across. Starting on one side, roll the dough into a log. Cut the log lengthwise carefully so there are two long pieces. Starting at one end, pinch the ends together and then braid the two pieces together and pinch them together again at the end. Carefully place in a well-greased loaf pan.*If your babka is not at the top of your pan, cover it and let it rise until it is. If it is, proceed with baking. Place in the air fryer, set the setting to bake, place the cooking temperature to 180 degrees Celsius, and bake for 30-32 minutes or until done. Chili oil dumplings

Recipe Gallery Share the Love Recipe 0 Prep Time 0 Cook Time Serves 2 4 – 6 People Difficulty  0 Beginner Ingredients 2 cups shredded vegetables 1 cup mushrooms of choice (preferably diced) 1-2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp liquid sweetener of choice Sat and pepper to taste 1/4 cup diced spring onions Dumpling wrappers (local Asian store or make use of rice paper sheets, just wet and then add filling) Sesame seeds to fry Chilli oil dressing 2 tbsp chilli oil found at your local supermarket 2 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp liquid sweetener 1 tbsp lime or lemon juice Diced spring onion to serveFresh basil or mint to serve Method Fry the vegetables and mushrooms in some oil, add some soy sauce and liquid sweetener, and let it start to become sticky before lastly adding in the spring onion and turning down the heat. Remove the filling to cool down. Fill each dumpling wrapper with 1 tbsp of the filling, fold over neatly, and fry again until crispy, add a dollop of soy sauce and sesame seeds, and then mix the chili oil dressing. Lemon cauliflower bean soup

Recipe Gallery Share the Love Recipe 0 Prep Time 0 Cook Time Serves 4 4 – 6 People Difficulty  0 Beginner Ingredients 1 medium cauliflower head washed and diced (approx 4 cups) 1 yellow onion diced 1-2 garlic cloves 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas or cannelloni beans 300-400ml coconut milk Vegetable stock 1/3 cup nutritional yeast Salt & pepper to taste300g gnocchi uncooked Lemon flavoured olive oil to top @babylonstoren Fresh lemon sliced to top Dill Nigella/onion seeds Method 1. Add a dollop of oil to a deep dish cast iron pot, add in the diced onion and garlic, and fry until fragrant, add the rest of the soup ingredients and let it simmer for 25 minutes or so until the cauliflower is soft. Once cooled, blitz everything together until smooth. Add in the uncooked gnocchi and bring to a simmer once again until the gnocchi is soft, season to your liking. Serve with the lemon oil, lemon slices, dill, and onion seeds. (More coconut milk or cheese on top if you like) Store the soup in an airtight container in the fridge for two days.
