Preheat the oven or air-fryer to 180 degrees Celsius.
Add the washed baby potatoes to a parchment paper-lined tray.
Mix the olive oil, nutritional yeast, harissa, honey, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic salt, pour the mixture over the potatoes and roast until tender and golden for 20 minutes.
Increase the heat slightly to 190 Degrees Celsius. Once golden, serve the potatoes with the pomegranate seeds and the chopped almonds and fresh herbs.
