Method
Place the tapioca pearls, vanilla, cacao powder, milk, and sweetener in a pot and gradually start to heat for 10-15 minutes until the pearls start to turn translucent.
Serve the tapioca pearls with fresh raspberries, shaved chocolate and syrup.
