Ingredients
1/3 cup chia seeds
1 cup blueberries
1 banana
1-2 bron dates or syrup to sweeten
1 cup milk of choice
blueberry compote to top (just blueberries cooked soft with some water and honey if you like)
granola to top
Method
Add the chia seeds, fruit, dates, milk, protein powder, and vanilla into a blender and blend until smooth.
Top with more blueberries, blueberry compote, granola.
