Ingredients

  • 1-2 sliced apples
  • 1/3 cup brewed LSF rooibos tea
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • Some cinnamon
  • 1 cups yogurt of choice
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice
  • Granola to serve
  • Toasted pecans to serve
    Nut butter to serve

Method

  1. Add the sliced apples, rooibos, honey, and cinnamon to a saucepan and bring to a simmer
    until nice and jammy!
  2.  Mix the yogurt with the protein powder until smooth, and serve with the slightly chilled apples, nut butter, granola, and toasted pecans!
