Bran buttermilk vegan rusks

Bran buttermilk rusks are simply the perfect addition to my morning routine. They are so tasty, loaded with seeds, jumbo raisins and 100% plant-based. Hard to believe that these sweet dried slices of bread are so good, I made a batch for when the baby has arrived to keep me preoccupied for the couple weeks to come.

Chocolate chunk oatmeal raisin cookies will give you that extra oomph to give this tough week one last go. They are filled with good stuff like oats and raisins, but also with the super not so good for you stuff, chocolate. What is a cookie without enormous amounts of chocolate? But like I said these cookies have a whole lot of good in them and that's a yes in my book.
