Cinnamon Praline Pumpkin brioche loaf

Cinnamon praline pumpkin brioche loaf is just what the doctor ordered this week. It's October folks and now I'm officially getting into the swing of the full autumn spirit. Autumn is such a wonderful time of the year, its sunny, and makes me think of warm winter days with a sweet cup of tea in hand. The perfect date to this tea goûter will be a fresh slice of cinnamon bread of course, so this loaf is just absolute perfection.

Rustic Tomato galette

Rustic tomato galette is the abundance of summer in one bite. The juicy plum tomatoes are glossy and super sweet. And not only are they perfectly perfect on their own, but ever so much enhances the flavor of the dishes they are added too. This rustic galette is just that, the perfect flavors mixed together in a crusty seedy pie base.

Brioche breakfast loaf

Brioche breakfast loaf is my new favorite way of eating bread in general. I am not much of a bread eater, but when it's super good, like this loaf. I can't say no! I love Brioche and it's a favorite of the French as well. There are so many recipes on how to use this dough. I made this loaf, and it took a bit of time, but it was no time till every crumb was devoured. My son loved it so much, and usually, he gets pretty over things when he eats it more than once! But no one in this household was sick of having a slice of heaven for pretty much every meal of the day until there was no more!

Two Easy French Dishes

Two easy French Dishes has taken up not a whole lot of time in my kitchen this week...You can make them in no time and they taste delicious! Serve Tomato Farcie as the main attraction and then raspberry Clafoutis as the encore dessert.
