Thai green curry ramen might be my favorite hot dish this winter. Comforting, spicy, and loaded with so much flavor and crunch. I love Thai green curry and this broth with the rice noodles works so so well. Making it again really soon I bet.

Autumn crunch salad is an abundance of the produce that is in season right now. a Celebration somewhat of last summer fruit and the winter that is to come. These flavors are so delicious together and that certainly leaves no-boring space for a salad on your dinner table this Autumn.

Eggplant butter bean stew is the perfect in-between season's dish. It's super creamy, filling, and loaded with so many flavors and textures. Slightly less sunny days on the horizon, layers of clothing, and cozy evenings lead to a warming bowl of plant-based deliciousness. This is the perfect dish!!

Chickpea carrot butternut tajine is the perfect comforting meal this winter. I love this fragrant dish, it just adds that something extra when you want to make something extortionary. It's super tasty, made with wholesome ingredients to soothe the soul, especially lately since I am missing home quite a bit and the winter blues have been rolling around in the quinte little town.

Miso Roasted carrot butternut soup is such an amazing twist to a classic butternut soup. I have fallen in love with white miso paste. I have recently tried it for the first time, where was I you might ask? hiding under a rock or something, but this paste honestly is so so good! it's subtile, adds a bit of sweetness and unami to the soup. Especially with the gomasio sprinkle and the other toppings, this soup is the bomb!

Sticky sweet butternut rolls must be the perfect start to 2019. Let me be very honest here, we didn't even make the new year. We passed out around ten and slept through the whole thing, I guess life does change after kids, or are there some diehard parents out there? I celebrated the new year by making these delish sticky butternut rolls. They are completely gluten-free (if you like), vegan and a big favorite side dish of mine. That's my way of celebrating the new year, lots of comfort food!

Rainbow carrot butternut soup is super amazing and so nutritious. The season has come for warming soups and I absolutely love the fact that you can have a nutritional meal within half an hour or so. I made a batch of this lovely soup last week and I finished it in almost a day's time. I served this soup with a soft and chewy bread with a flavor punch, which was super amazing!

Roasted carrot butternut soup is one of my favorite soups ever. I know I've said it before because everything that I make is my favorite...So I am a bit misleading. I love butternut soup and have made a few kids in the past, curry butternut soup, butternut chickpea soup and butternut chili soup. I have to say that the combo of carrot and butternut absolutely taste amazing. The carrot adds that tinge of sweetness that is so unexpected. I promise you, this is so easy and tasty you'll want to make it over and over again!
