Pour in the milk and syrup and mix well until smooth. Mix the almond butter frangipani and top the oats with a few dollops, then the slivers of almonds and a dash of sugar. Mango oatmeal cookies

Recipe Gallery Share the Love Recipe Prep Time 0 Cook Time 0 4 – 6 People Serves 4 Beginner Difficulty  0 Ingredients • 1/2 cup vegan butter, or margarine slightly softened• 1 cup light brown sugar, packed• 1/4 cup plant milk or yogurt• 2 tsp vanilla extract• 1 1/3 cups self-rising flour• 1 1/3 cups rolled oats• 1 tsp ground cinnamon• 1 tsp baking soda• 1/2 tsp salt• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon• 1/2 cup chopped almonds• 1/3 cup dried mangoes, sliced Method Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine vegan butter, and light brown sugar.. Using a spatula or a stand mixer, beat together until light and fluffy (about 1-2 minutes). Add the milk or yogurt and vanilla extract, then beat together to combine. Add the flour, rolled oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl. Mix until the flour is evenly incorporated. Then, add in the chopped almonds, and chopped mangoes and stir together.  Scoop the cookie dough into balls and transfer to parchment-lined baking sheets. Add more almonds on top and some sugar. Fig chocolate overnight oats

Recipe Gallery Share the Love Recipe Prep Time 0 Cook Time 0 4 – 6 People Serves 1 Beginner Difficulty  0 Ingredients 1 1/2 cups rolled oats (GF if you like)  1 1/4 cup plant milk (I used soy and chocolate oat milk) 1 heaped tbsp cacao powder  1-2 tbsp honey or syrup to sweeten  1 tsp vanilla extract  pinch of salt  fresh fruit to serve (figs and raspberries)  cashew pistachio butter to serve or any other you like chocolate nut butter to serve  hemp seeds  more syrup to serve  Creamy chia pudding  1/3 cup chia seeds  1 cup coconut milk or plant milk of choice  1-2 tbsp syrup to sweeten  Method Add the oats and the rest of the ingredients of the oats to a bowl (except the fruit). Mix well and add a dash more sweetness if you like. Let it sit in the fridge for one hour to overnight.  Mix the chia seed pudding, and let it thicken, whisking again now and again so they don’t clump together. This you can do the night before too and let it set in the fridge overnight.  When you are ready to eat, add the fruit, nut butter, fruit, hemp seeds, and more syrup to sweeten.  Photo Gallery Hope you love this overnight oat recipe!! How to make creamy rolled oats

Recipe Gallery Share the Love Recipe Prep Time 0 Cook Time 0 4 – 6 People Serves 3 Beginner Difficulty  0 Ingredients 2 cups rolled oats (gluten-free if you like) 1 cup quick oats 2 cups water 2 cups milk of choice (i used coconut for extra creamy oats) 1/3 cup protein powder of choice (usually hemp or pumpkin are my favourite) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 tsp salt Toppings Chocolate oats 1 heaped tbsp cacao powder 1/3 cup raspberries 1 caramelized banana (pan-fried in honey or sugar) Chocolate chips Honey or syrup to top Blueberry & caramel, sweet potato oats 1 cup stewed blueberries (cook 1-2 cups blueberries in some honey, lemon juice until jammy) 1/2 cup steamed sweet potatoes mashed in to oats (optional) Peanut butter mixed with some honey or syrup for caramel Almonds Honey or syrup to top Pistachio, strawberry, and avocado oat bowl  1-2 tbsp crushed pistachios Strawberries Sliced avocado Chocolate chips Honey to top Method Place all of the oats ingredients in a big pot and cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Superfood chocolate baked oats

Recipe Gallery Share the Love Recipe Prep Time 0 Cook Time 0 4 – 6 People Serves 2 Beginner Difficulty  0 Ingredients 2 scoops Biogen super scoop in chocolate 2 cups rolled oats ground into flour 1/4 cup raw cacao powder 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp cornstarch 1/3 cup coconut sugar Pinch of salt 2 cups milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup finely grated zucchini1/3 cup mashed banana or cooked Sweet potatoToppings Dairy-free chocolate chips Dollops of nut butter Method Place the Super scoops, oat flour, cacao powder, baking powder, cornstarch, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Mix in the milk, vanilla, zucchini, and banana until you have a smooth batter, pour into a desired ramekin to bake, and add chocolate chips on top and dollops of nut butter. Recipe Gallery Share the Love Recipe Prep Time 0 Cook Time 0 4 – 6 People Serves 4 Beginner Difficulty 0 Ingredients • 150 g softened vegan butter or softened margarine• 100 g soft brown sugar• 100 g castor sugar• 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax flour mixed with 1-2 tbsp water)• 1 tbsp vanilla extract• 200g self-rising flour• 1 teaspoon baking soda• 1⁄2 tsp baking powder• 1⁄2 tsp salt• 2 tsp ground cinnamon• 100g Tonu F rolled oats• 100 g raisins Method 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line the base of 2 baking trays with a sheet of parchmentpaper.2. Add the vegan butter or margarine to a large mixing bowl and whisk with an electric whisk orby hand until light and fluffy.3. Add the brown sugar, and castor sugar and beat for a couple of minutes to cream the sugarinto the fats.4. Add the flax egg and vanilla extract and whisk to combine.5. Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon and mix using a spatula untilthe ingredients stick together to form a dough.6. Add in rolled oats and raisins and stir them into the cookie dough.7. Use an ice cream or cookie scoop to measure out the cookies and place them on the linedbaking trays, leaving at least 2 cm between each cookie.8. Bake the cookies for 12-14 minutes, then remove them from the oven and allow the cookies tosit on the baking tray to cool for about 5 minutes.9. Next, carefully slide the sheet of parchment paper with the cookies off of the tray and onto acooling rack. Cool for another 15-20 minutes until they reach room temperature beforeserving.
