Orecchiette pasta soup is such a cozy and super easy dish to try. If you're a big fan of a soup loaded with different textures and flavors then this soup is for you. It really is a combination of all of the ingredients I've grown to love even more this winter and with a season of being mostly inside, I've certainly appreciated how food can be the best kind of comfort for the soul.

Miso roasted carrot butternut soup

Miso Roasted carrot butternut soup is such an amazing twist to a classic butternut soup. I have fallen in love with white miso paste. I have recently tried it for the first time, where was I you might ask? hiding under a rock or something, but this paste honestly is so so good! it's subtile, adds a bit of sweetness and unami to the soup. Especially with the gomasio sprinkle and the other toppings, this soup is the bomb!

Rainbow carrot butternut soup

Rainbow carrot butternut soup is super amazing and so nutritious. The season has come for warming soups and I absolutely love the fact that you can have a nutritional meal within half an hour or so. I made a batch of this lovely soup last week and I finished it in almost a day's time. I served this soup with a soft and chewy bread with a flavor punch, which was super amazing!

Roasted Carrot butternut soup

Roasted carrot butternut soup is one of my favorite soups ever. I know I've said it before because everything that I make is my favorite...So I am a bit misleading. I love butternut soup and have made a few kids in the past, curry butternut soup, butternut chickpea soup and butternut chili soup. I have to say that the combo of carrot and butternut absolutely taste amazing. The carrot adds that tinge of sweetness that is so unexpected. I promise you, this is so easy and tasty you'll want to make it over and over again!
