Crispy Mashed potato waffles

Crispy mashed potato waffles are the alternative savory brunch or quick lunch idea you've been looking for. Made with cheesy mashed potatoes, and topped with creamy paprika smoked white beans, fresh avocado, spring onion, and toasted sesame seeds. SO DELICIOUS!

Tipsy tart cupcakes

Tipsy tart cupcakes are just another way to celebrate this Festive season. Whatever the occasion calls for these cupcakes are a perfect way to set the mood. Sticky toffee and delectable toffee kind of puddings are what I'm living for this festive season. Easy on the booze this time around, but none the less I'm not skipping on the sticky gooey goodness.

Pecan brûléed banana tarts

Pecan brûléed banana tarts are just amazing. I love all the pumpkin and apple pie creations at the moment, but for some reason I just have pecans and beautifully sugar coated banana's on my brain. I want to make a kind of pie one of these day's with my very own pastry ect, but when the craving hit's and you don't have the time for tassels or hassles, these little beauties sure do come in handy.

Visiting Magical Brugge

Visiting magical Brugge was certainly a beautiful traveling destination. This enchanting little town brings all the warming things into one. Good food, coffee, chocolates and an awing view to boot. November was a great time to visit since it was not that cold or too busy just yet. Traveling with a baby certainly made things more challenging, but so worth it still. All things considered, it was very, Lekker indeed!

Wonderful Berlin

The Wonder of Berlin During Christmas time really captivated my attention. Even in the mists of destruction, this city is now so vibey and hip, with a touch of industrial, modern and old.

Skiing Verbier

Skiing Verbier was certainly one of my top skiing destinations with an added price-tag of course...So to finish off this healthy week I made an asparagus salad with balsamic roasted strawberries and Burrata Mozzarella. Was super yum, vibrant and crunchy, served with charred grilled Fillet steak. I missed meat, in the alps, you will pay roughly 30-45 euros for a 200-300g steak... I'll stick to this salad, though.

Traveling Italy

Traveling Italy, was one of my most memorable trips thus far! I was bedazzled by the Italian charm and intrigued by their history and culture. Overwhelmed by the beauty and smothered by uncountable amounts of tourists. All as it should be, though. I was prepared. So I thought...
