Bulgar wheat Mushroom meatballs

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups roasted button mushrooms
  • Lifestyle food 1 cup cooked bulgar wheat
  • Lifestyle food1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • Lifestyle food1/4 cup crushed walnuts
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Roasted vegetables
  • Cauliflower mash
  • Vegan gravy
  • Fresh herbs
  • Balsamic drizzle

Method

1. Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth, scoop out the batter with a
spoon and roll the bulgar wheat balls in the palm of your hands, place in the fridge to set for a
few minutes before frying in coconut oil.
2. Serve with roasted vegetables, cauliflower mash and vegan gravy.
