Tipsy tart snack balls

Tipsy tart snack balls

Ingredients 

  • 5 Medjool dates soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes or brown soft dates
  • 1/3 cup dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat groats
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1 todd brandy shot
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 tsp all-spice
  • pinch of salt
  • Coconut sugar for rolling

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, remove to cool, place in the fridge before rolling into balls and then in coconut sugar.

Notes:

  • The buckwheat groats can be replaced with oats.
  • The dried apricots can be subbed with raisins.
  • The brandy can be left out and be replaced with water if needed.
