Glossy citrus beet salad

Glossy citrus beet salad is a pretty and fresh addition on your table this winter. Zesty, with hints of tangy yogurt, fresh mint and toasted sesame seeds coming through. I truly love salads even in wintertime and I was wondering how could I incorporate salads without it being a drag to eat when it's cold outside and the perfect way I could think of was adding so much depth of flavor with this salad right here.

Thai green curry soup

Thai green curry soup is such a winning recipe for these colder months ahead. It's packed with protein and filling vegetables to keep you full, especially when the layers (or shall I say donuts) are calling your name. It's amazing the tasty soup recipes you can create with just the basic ingredients in your cupboard. I make soup every week, and love different variations from very dense, creamy to chunky and even spicy and sweet. This recipe is a particularly favorite spicy one of mine!

Harissa butter bean tomato stew

Harissa butter bean tomato stew is the perfect stew to comfort and to ramp up your metabolism this winter. I need something spicy and comforting at the same time. I haven't properly prepared myself for his weather, boy oh boy. This morning was so so cold and I wish I had some of this harissa butter bean stew to keep me warm. When I got home I had to make a quick batch, because -1 weather has got me quivering in my boots.
