Molten chocolate puddings

Molten chocolate puddings are certainly on my to make and to remake list this December. I really can't believe this year is almost at its end once again. It feels just like the other day that we celebrated our very first Christmas in France. Now by our seventh Christmas away from home, the feeling is still the same, I miss home this time of year. Chocolate does do the trick to sooth some of the missing home blue's, especially this chocolate dosed gooey dessert that I love!

Vegan Hertzoggie tart

Vegan Hertzoggie tart has been on my mind for ages. Hertzoggies is one of my absolute favorite South African desserts ever. They usually come in a small cookie form and is enjoyed over tea and chats late afternoon. I certainly love this tart almost as much as the actual cookies. I have made a smaller cookie version too that I will share with you very soon, but for now this delish tart will take over your taste buds.

Pecan brûléed banana tarts

Pecan brûléed banana tarts are just amazing. I love all the pumpkin and apple pie creations at the moment, but for some reason I just have pecans and beautifully sugar coated banana's on my brain. I want to make a kind of pie one of these day's with my very own pastry ect, but when the craving hit's and you don't have the time for tassels or hassles, these little beauties sure do come in handy.

Hazelnut brownies

Hazelnut brownies have been on my mind for some time. I looked at raw options (too much effort and dishes) I tried some vegan versions but the texture just wasn't right. Then I just decided that I was going to give my own spin on this ever so delish dessert. So obviously a brownie has to be crusty on the outside and dense on the inside and so chewy and smooth when eaten.
