Roasted harissa maple pumpkin

Roasted harissa maple pumpkin is served on a creamy tangy cashew yogurt dip. It's the season to be merry and this dish is a certified way to celebrate generously with your loved ones. The pumpkin is spicy yet sweet, alongside crispy roasted pumpkin seeds, pomegranate jewels, and toasted bread crumbs.

Creamy baba ganoush dip

Creamy baba ganoush dip is THE dip I'm obsessed with right now, not only is it so creamy, full of flavor and super easy to make. It's topped with sumac and harissa roasted carrots, toasted pine nuts, and dried cranberries plus it has that added protein boost of butter beans in between the mix. It will make any eggplant hater turn in to it's nr one fan and I was one of those haters mind you and now, I can't get enough.

Harissa butter bean tomato stew

Harissa butter bean tomato stew is the perfect stew to comfort and to ramp up your metabolism this winter. I need something spicy and comforting at the same time. I haven't properly prepared myself for his weather, boy oh boy. This morning was so so cold and I wish I had some of this harissa butter bean stew to keep me warm. When I got home I had to make a quick batch, because -1 weather has got me quivering in my boots.
