Salted chocolate tahini brownies are indeed needed after this very very cold week and weekend. I am thankful for a house with proper heating because I tell you even if I ate this whole batch of brownies it wouldn't have heated me. They did help to curb the craving for chocolate and the added helping of salt did its job in the very best to make this recipe more spectacular. It makes me want to celebrate Christmas early this year!

Chai pumpkin churros are essential when the festive season is here. I know churros more as "dough fills" from my childhood. They are a whole other post by themselves and I'm sure going to get up all nostalgic about them, but for now churros, my friends. Not only do these totally vegan churros taste super delish, coated in sugar and dipped in chocolate, but these churros have two special ingredients. Homemade chai spice and sweet mashed pumpkin. Yes, these are super special churros for a super special time of the year!

Blackberry rosewater panna cotta's are simply perfect for a Sunday afternoon sweet treat. Since winter is around the corner, these are the perfect summer's end dessert to celebrate. They are light and perfectly flavored with the tang of the blackberries and the sweetness of the rose water. The nutty base that crumbles with every bite, is simply perfect.

Favorite festive treats bring back so many memories of my Childhood Christmas. No our Noël experience in France has been somewhat different and sometimes challenging, but we remained optimistic as this season allows you to be. The smells of Speculoos spiced lattes, Nutella filled crepes and glue wine. When it comes to celebrating a French Christmas I have it pretty down to a T for this year to come. Come and read a bit more and get a few ideas for your Christmas table.
