Zesty warm berry tapioca pudding

Zesty warm berry tapioca pudding is just a wonderful belly warmer in the mid of winter. Citrus fruit is in abundance right now, and I never really liked citrus fruit in cooking, but I have to say experimenting with the very vibrant fruit has been amazing. They go well in baked goods, salads, stir-fries and chocolate, and who doesn't like chocolate? Using the pulp to the zest of the skin adds just so much flavor to meals. Especially this creamy tapioca pudding, it's seriously sooo good!

Gingerbread cranberry tiramisu

Gingerbread cranberry tiramisu is the cherry on top for my festive creation this year. The list got shorter and shorter by the end, but the grand finale was so worth the wait. This tiramisu is spiced with season's finest spice and produce, layered with coffee syrup and topped with a creamy whip for that creme de la creme. This plant-based version will blow your guest's minds and you'll probably want to make it again very very soon.

Festive plant-based bowl

The festive plant-based bowl couldn't come at a better time. Christmas is around the corner and we are spending Christmas with friends this year, which is great since I am certainly not in the mood for cooking. But I'll be carrying along some of these delish goodies on this plate right here. The miso mushroom gravy is absolutely out of this world and the combo of this with the smooth mash, spicy-sweet veggie roast, and crunchy seed loaf is a winning combination. Christmas is going to jolly..!
