Chocolate Mousse cake

Chocolate Mousse cake might be my down fall, when it comes to cake I'm not such a big fan, I like baked puddings, chocolate mousse, pavlovas you name it, anything other than a cake is more appetizing, but this cake has me turning a new leaf...

Beet chocolate loaf

Beet chocolate loaf is fudgy, absolutely divine with thee best frosting. It's certainly a winning combo and nearly too hard to believe its 100% plant-based. Even though you might be sick of sweet things especially after the holidays, this loaf is the exception to the rule, due to added veggies. It's a kinda healthy dessert, so not a cheat meal at all, but part of your five a day.

Gingerbread cranberry tiramisu

Gingerbread cranberry tiramisu is the cherry on top for my festive creation this year. The list got shorter and shorter by the end, but the grand finale was so worth the wait. This tiramisu is spiced with season's finest spice and produce, layered with coffee syrup and topped with a creamy whip for that creme de la creme. This plant-based version will blow your guest's minds and you'll probably want to make it again very very soon.

Chocolate s'mores cake

Chocolate s' mores cake is certainly the way to spend your holidays. My son and I are bigg fans of the marshmallow frosting and I swear if there is anything that makes this cake even more amazing is the fact that this cake is plant-based and topped with hazelnuts and chopped chocolate for extra measure.

Chocolate fudge cake

Chocolate fudge cake recipe is here just in time for the weekend. Feels like I have missed summer this year. The mornings are cool and the last heatstroke has passed. I see notes of Autumn around the corner with bursting orange pumpkins to be seen. Still I want to stay here a bit longer, but such is life right every season brings new treasures.
