Almond chai spiced cheesecake

Almond chai-spiced cheesecake is uber creamy and so necessary this weekend. it's hard to believe that November is near the end and that Christmas is only a couple weeks away. The one thing I love about winter is the fact that there is so much to do around the coldest months of the year, and one of these days, we'll be welcoming a new member in our lives. Which leaves me with a couple of months of creating recipes, before my whole world gets turned upsidedown once again. (in a very good way of course) This little girl is making me feel all the pink vibes I tell you, and also all of the sweet cravings that comes along with it. This cake was the perfect fix me up!

Pumpkin s'mores cheesecake

Pumpkin s'mores cheesecake is the elegant spin on the typical pumpkin pie. It's light and airy, yes with the graham cracker crust that gives that spicy tang that you get from the good old pumpkin pie. I remember I made my very first pumpkin pie a couple years ago and that version went straight into the dustbin. This cheesecake in fact is absolutely yumm and it's certainly one I'll be making again and again!

Banana bread cheesecake slices

Banana bread cheesecake slices have been haunting me for a couple weeks now. I aced the recipe within the first try, but to shoot these beauties perfectly was difficult indeed. To capture their deliciousness was truly a challenge. Without melted chocolate or caramel to seal the deal...anything indeed can look delectable. But these do not need the glorification of caramel to make them look delectable. They already are, sans caramel and all.

Strawberry salted caramel cheesecakes

Strawberry salted caramel cheesecakes show just how much I miss my mom right now. Women should be celebrated, mothers should be celebrated because being a mother is a hard job. I wish I could celebrate my mother this Sunday, she raised four kids, which makes her pretty amazing!
