Smoothie layered Chia pudding 

Smoothie layered Chia pudding is one of my favorite desserts of all time, just because it is so filling and you can vary the textures, tastes and flavors!

Chocolate smoothie layer

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
    1. Blend everything till smooth and set aside.

Pink smoothie layer

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 medium beet or 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp of almond butter
  • 1 tbsp honey or 1-2 dates
  • Dash of shredded coconut
    1. Blend all these ingredients together and set aside.

Chia seed pud

  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • soak in 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or other sweeteners
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 tbsp almond/peanut butter

1. Mix together everything and place in the fridge overnight. Layer the parfaits the next morning and top off with muesli and pomegranate seeds!

So breakfast is covered for the rest of the week!
