Peanut butter Horlicks cookies are a winner for sure! Horlick's are probably one of my most favorite drinks and things to eat during the winter season. It is very hard to find a good malty drink in a country where espresso is king. We came upon a packet of Horlicks and just by drinking it was not enough for me...I had to make some cookies too!!

Hertzoggie Apricot Pie squares are filled with apricots...I know that I have done a few recipes with apricots, but listen here these apricot pie bars are amazing... then I went to the liberty of adding a Hertzoggie topping to half of the pie bars...Super easy, gooey and buttery!

Coffee Speculoos cookies

Coffee speculoos cookies and Espresso's are made for each other! I made these cookies last week and my taste tester was quite pleased. This is an old traditional South African recipe. In France, "Petite Gateau" is the name for small cookies that you receive with your tea or coffee and these cookies are perfect to accompany a hot cup of tea.
