In France, "Petite Gateau" is the name for small cookies that you receive with your tea or coffee and these cookies are perfect to accompany a hot cup of tea.

French Cremora tart has become a favorite of mine...Crumbly ginger base with a creamy tangy filling! Ginger biscuits are used instead of the traditional coconut biscuits that are found only in SA. I had to make some substitutions, but it worked out great!!
